Lunar contains 500mcg of Melatonin, the lower end of what has been used in studies, but (strangely enough) just as effective as higher doses in the 1-5mg range.
Is Lunar Safe?
Lunar is extremely safe. Every ingredients is dosed well within the safety threshold and none of the ingredients are considered toxic, even at higher doses. The worst side effect one might experience when taking Lunar would be some mild next-day grogginess.
